1. super soft tees
i'm not sure when a&f came out with their essential line, nor can i remember the last time i stepped into an a&f and actually tried on some things. but a couple weekends ago, when D and i were on our usual roaming-around-the-mall trips, we decided to stop by. and i picked up 2 tees. they are not what i expected from a&f - soft, slouchy fit - something that i didn't want to take off!! and even after a few washes, they kept their shape and got even softer. i think i may have to go back and stock up on some more for the summer.
2. little white shirt with a twist.
a white blouse is always a classic and should be a staple in any closet! i never had a tank version, and was so excited when i saw this at anthropologie. the front of the blouse is normal, but what really caught my eye is the back detail with buttons and a fish-tail. i also really liked how the back is longer than the front as well. (i'm not sure if the white one is already sold out, but i couldn't find pictures of it anywhere online, only the chambray version.) some outfit options: blouse with shorts; with a pencil skirt, front tucked in; with an a-line skirt and tied in the front...and during colder months, under a sweater with a nice pair of pants.
3. skin care
while in asia, i ran out of my face skincare (great planning, i know), so i rushed to the dfs and went for shiseido. the new ibuki line is supposed to replace the skincare line, something that i've used for a while before jumping around to fresh and sulwhasoo. i figured that i'd give this a try, and my mind was blown. the ibuki moisturizer, combined with the fresh serum i've been using, has been great to my skin. i was glad that sephora carried the starter sets and bought one to try out before investing in the whole line. i'm pretty impressed so far. this will be my go.
4. bicycle
as mentioned in my previous post, i got a bike!! plus all the accessories that goes along with it - a helmet, water bottle holder, water bottle, lock, and of course, a bell.
