thanksgiving.

this thanksgiving, we drove down to maryland early thursday morning. compared to the past years, this one was going to be quiet. normally the whole kims' side of the family all congregate at the house and have drinks and a huge korean-chinese-japanese feast, following by hours of karaoke and more drinks in the basement. this year, umma thankfully didn't have to do any hosting or preparation.

we headed over to mclean to spend it with brian's family (including his sister's family who drove from chicago and his parents from la). it was a lot of fun playing and chatting with the 5 nephews and niece (ranging from 5-13).

on friday, all of them visited the house. brian, jason, and sean performed for us on the piano and violin. such a talented family!!
